I would recommend TPC to any organization that is looking to simplify their payroll process and enhance their HR needs while providing their employees with a user-friendly system. But more importantly, I would recommend TPC because their customer service is above and beyond the norm, and that is priceless.

Our TPC team cares about our organization and provides great tips, feedback and help on a consistent basis. I've worked with many vendors, but The Payroll Company is one of the few I gladly take time to tell others about.

I have worked with TPC and its team for many years in various roles. There is not a challenge presented to them, that they have not overcome...and I am a very challenging person to work with! The most memorable experience I have of them is when we were working on an implementation for my previous employer. The iSolved software had never integrated with the timekeeping system that we had to keep in place for accounting reasons. Their implementation team literally worked day and night to find solutions and make it happen. I was blown away by their work ethic and the grace they extended me during a very tumultuous time. As an experienced HR professional who is well-versed in system implementations, I can attest to no implementation being "easy" but I can also say that TPC made it as seamless as possible. The iSolved system is great but the customer service offered by TPC is unmatched! When looking for a new system, you have to keep in mind that many companies will offer the same or similar platforms. In the end, you have to choose a company that will give you the support that you will need during, and long after the process is over. For that, you have to choose TPC!
