I have just called this, K-Mart location a few minutes ago. The lady who have answered the phone sounded like she was tired and didn't want to work. I have asked her to, please connect me to the, Men's Clothing department. She have done just that. I have waited over eight minutes for someone to come to the phone, so I have hung up the phone and called back. When I have called back, and the same lady answered the phone. I have explained to her that I have waited over eight minutes for someone to answer the phone in the, Men's Clothing Department. The woman once again sounded like she was tired and failed to apologize for me waiting so long on the other end. So one again I was transferred, to the Men's Clothing Department I have waited over six minutes for someone to answer the phone. Then a woman answered the phone I have asked her did they had any cargo short pants. She said yes I asked her for the price of them. I had to wait about eight minutes for her to come back with the price. She sounded like she was tired also. They need to either train new better customer friendly employees or train these employees to be more customer friendly. I have never been to this, K-Mart before and I live very close to this location. I'm afraid to when I have read the reviews about this location about five years ago. Everyone had something negative about this location and it's staff. I have notice the old comments have been deleted from Years ago...

many People are so right about this kmart. it,s sad how it is ran and know one seems to know nothing. The management is a joke they are in business to lose business it is just a falling company.

I had to give this a 3/5. Used to be a good store, but time hasn't been kind to Kmart and Sears. Now that they're going out of little rock, it's a bit sad. Nearly nothing is in there. If you want the memories, come here, but you won't find much.

I just had to give all 5 stars cause, I loved how you can find just about anything and it's not near as bad as Wal-Mart and kohl's etc?? I also appreciate the way you can always do layaway!!I love KMART!! VERONICA MILLER
