Was confused on why I was forced to pay the $11 at the store for coverage and she said I no longer had that option bc people steal from there then said they only reserve rentals for American Express and discover they dont reserve with visa Over the phone I asked why it gave me and option to decline the $11 if it was something I was forced to accept anyway and she said its a new U-Haul rule & they wont rent me the van unless I accept the $11 . I called customer service and they said this is not a rule nor is it a rule about the cards . I dont understand what the lady benefits from forcing people to do these things ? The entire thing makes no sense I wasnt mad nor do I want a refund , I received the rental and it all worked out but why she forced me to do both things when it wasnt even a real rule was very strange

The truck delivery is very fast. They start work at 7 o'clock in the morning. The truck needs to go around from the right to the back of the building. There is a mobile dock behind the building. If there is only one, there is no need to unload it on the dock.
