You would think that purchasing a new truck would be an exciting experience. It has not been. From the start with the salesperson it has been awful. I attempted to ask to speak with the general manager, but he pushed me off on someone else. The customer service department is less than helpful and doesn't follow through. I have attempted to contact anyone at the corporate office but can't seem to find anyone else to speak with. After they "make a sale" it feels like no one cares about you or the product they sold you. I would not recommend using McLarty Ford or any of the other auto groups.

All of the mclarty dealerships are not worth going to for any reason. They don't try to help people if your not rich or look rich. They discriminate against people and are very rude. We have put several different dealerships to the test and most failed the tests. Once they turned us down it showed that they didn't want our business even if we had the full cash price for the vehicle we wanted. We got the vehicles that we wanted at a place that deserved our business and we're respectful to us and didn't care how we looked and took time to listen to us. So Please think twice before buying or going to any mclarty dealership. We have also noticed a lot of people getting rid of vehicles they have gotten from mclartys for better vehicles.

Where do I even start? They did a great job on repairing my car EXCEPT for the fact that they somehow managed to screw up my engine coolant box. My car overheated and we had to tow it two different times. First thing the manager fired at me was that they didn't touch my engine. However I was told that they were going to be looking at my engine to check for internal damage. The manager was awful to deal with along with the girls behind the desk. They also somehow managed to lose a part to my car that "no one" apparently touched either. I wouldn't suggest them at all. Rude all the way around and will never be back. Corporate office made sure to hear from us as well.

Excellent  service!I had a minor fender bender which required a new front bumper.  The estimator, Jeff was very efficient and friendly during his inspection of the vehicle which wound up being spot on.  The parts were ordered and my appointment was scheduled. I felt better about the possibility of quality of work being performed after seeing plaques for their techs having BMW certifications for body work.The work was completed in one day as promised and they sent my truck through the detail shop which was a nice surprise.  The bumper looks great and you cannot tell there was any damage unlike the last time I had a bumper repaired at another body shop in town.This has been one of the best body shop experiences I have had.
