The rating is five stars! I am super pleased with the service that I received from Subaru of Little Rock on my most recent visit. I am very thankful for the people in the service department! I enjoyed working with each person I have spoken with at Subaru of Little Rock. Casey Thomas was the salesman I worked with. He was knowledgeable about the car, and was able to answer all of my questions and he addressed my concerns. Melanie in the finance department was also great to answer my questions, and she worked with me to meet my needs for my loan. I also had the opportunity to briefly work with Kelcie in the service department, and Bryan in the sales department. Everyone I worked with at this dealership was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this team.
