Awful selection of products, store looks like it’s preparing to close, more inoperable shopping carts than functional carts, and the items they have in stock are grossly overpriced. Save yourself the disappointment and go somewhere else.

Unprofessional. Terrible customer service. Manager is not present in the store. I will not come here again. After 45 minutes, I still left and they lost a good business.

I have shopped at the Fayetteville, Arkansas Office Depot for many years with no complaints, but I was VERY disappointed in the way I was recently treated. I went in a while back to purchase an ink cartridge for my HP printer. I always like to have a spare on hand since I do a lot of business printing. I told the clerk I wanted the HP brand because I had made the mistake of trying to use an off brand and the printer instantly rejected it. He insisted that on Office Deport brand cartridge would work just fine. I finally asked whether he was willing to add a warranty note and his signature on my receipt. He said "absolutely," so I purchase the store brand. Recently the cartridge in my printed ran dry, so I opened the seal on the new Office Deport one I had in my desk. Sure enough the printer repeatedly rejected it. The next day I took the cartridge, along with the receipt with the signed note from the clerk, to the store, explained my problem, and asked to have the price of the cartridge applied to the price of an HP, and I would pay the difference. The "operations manager" was called over, I explained it all again, and he refused because the purchase was more than two weeks previous. I explained that the cartridge had remained sealed until the day before, but he was in no mood to be reasonable. Goodbye Office Depot! I'll not be back!
