Convenient store, clean, and well staffed. Good for some items for office work. They do seem to be changing what they stock. The stocks of printer paper have changed dramatically.

I love the customer service from this particular store especially from a young man named Damian. He is very attentive to details and he always seems to go the extra mile to help. I love his customer service attitude! His great attitude has caused me to use that particular store for years. Thank you for employing young men like Mr. Damian!

I have always enjoyed shopping at the Office Depot store for office supplies. It's so much fun looking at all of the things and learning about new products there. I haven't been in a long time, because I am retired, and I just don't have as much need for products as I once did. But I went to find some carrying style accordion files and I found exactly what I was looking for. The price was fair, and while I was there I found another item that I needed that I had forgotten that I needed to look for. There was one item that was shown as regularly being stocked, but there were none on the shelves. We checked out easily and smoothly, and staff were friendly and supportive. I'll definitely shop at this Office Depot again.

My recent visit to Office Depot was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that chaos reigned supreme. There was a line at the printing area, and to make matters worse, an upset man was screaming at the poor soul behind the register, declaring him the worst manager on the face of the planet. The two girls behind the desk seemed utterly clueless, standing around like deer blinded by headlights, completely incapable of managing the situation.
Adding insult to injury, the store felt like a sauna, exacerbating the short tempers of the already frustrated customers who looked like they had been waiting for an eternity. In an attempt to salvage something from this disastrous experience, I approached one of the girls behind the counter and requested a PMS color chart. To my astonishment, she had no clue what I was talking about. After wasting a good 10 minutes trying to explain it, the supposed manager intervened, claiming they didn't have one. Seriously? What printing department doesn't have a PMS color swatch book? It was a clear indicator of the utter incompetence plaguing this establishment.
It's evident that this Office Depot has deteriorated beyond redemption. Every visit is a torturous ordeal, filled with filth, discomfort, and the unmistakable stench of apathy. The salespeople are rude and uninformed, stumbling through their duties with all the grace of a herd of stampeding elephants. Nobody knows where anything is located, and the checkout line resembles a labyrinth, designed to confound and frustrate even the most patient of customers.
To add insult to injury, they've stopped selling single packs of paper, opting instead to force customers into purchasing a full case. It's a blatant cash grab that reeks of desperation. At this rate, I wouldn't be surprised if this dismal excuse for a store shuttered its doors forever in the near future. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of this abyss of incompetence.

Ridiculous. This is what I would describe their printing department as. Self Service printing? USB for printer doesn't work. Have guy behind counter print 80 sheets of 8.5x11 in color? Pay for it, only to have guy behind counter tell me that would take 6 hours to complete this job? Are you fn kidding me? Why don't we start with that next time. Lazy is as Lazy does.
