Horrible service from Floyd and his colleagues. Floyd will tell you he is going to do something for your policy's, but will never do it. Was told my credit would be checked to reduce my quote. I was assured multiple different times by Floyd that he was working on it. Month after month he still did not run my credit. Until nearly a year later when I had to move onto another insurance company because the continued incompetency of Floyd. There are many other Allstate branches that do much better than Floyd. Do not come here for anything unless you want to be lied to, and made a fool of.
Update to this review. Upon calling Floyd with request about my previous account, he ignored my questions, hung up on me, and blocked my phone number. All I was attempting to do was have Floyd do what he told me he would do multiple times. He has no respect or integrity as a person or business owner. Just read their response to this comment below...

There have been nothing but good to me and my family
