Had hail damage from 2 storms in the Cabot area in 2023. Have had 5 different roofing companies all confirm enough hail damage to have roof replaced. One guy who came out was even family of my agent. All state first sent out a young man who went to the wrong house to inspect. He was here a total of about 10 mins. They denied the claim and said the only hail damage they saw was on metal on the roof, downspouts, and window screens. I asked for a 2nd person to come out. Same thing again. Every roofing company who came out all said the same thing about Allstate. They will find a way not to cover the damages.
Got into a contract with a new company, EZ Roofing who has a history of fighting all state. They came out, took more photos. Plenty of hail hits for coverage to be approved they said but did say it would be a fight. Allstate once again, said they do not see one hail hit.
My neighbor just got their roof replaced from the same two hail storms we went thru. Multiple houses in my area all have new roofs. But because I have been with Allstate since 2009 and never had a claim, I get the raw deal.
Even sent Allstate video and pics of the hail. They claim they cannot review the video.
EZ Roofing is still fighting Allstate for me. I may have to go legal to try to get them to cover me.
I had no issue with Mark or Jonathan until Mark told me not to complain or file another claim on the roof cause Allstate would drop me.
Again zero claims since 2009 and never missed a payment.
Very unhappy, and will let everyone know to stay away from Allstate for their home owners insurance.

Great fast service, they understand a two car family, when they are down a vehicle.
Cant say enough good things about Mark, and his staff, and Allstate Insurance!
