Cancelled insurance without giving notice even after i did what was asked. I have used this company since i was in high school but the treatment recently was horrible. I will NEVER use them again.

Do yourself a favor and keep shopping. Have had multiple issues over the years of using this company, when you call met with attitude and unwillingness to help. No communication or customer service. There are companies out there that want your business, this must not be one of them.

Ms. Jennifer T. is fantastic! The whole office is extremely polite, professional, helpful, fun to speak with. They will take all the time they need to make you feel at home and comfortable with the information given so you can make an educated decision on what limits you actually need. Their knowlege in their products supersedes any agency I have ever had the pleasure of using personally. I've been with this agency for almost 10 years and have never had a complaint against them. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an agency they want to stick with!
