My parents had their home and auto insurance with Steve Smith of Shelter insurance for probably 30 years or more!  In the past few years with a death and health problems, I have taken things over for my Mother.  I have spoken with Steve and Adrian many times in the past few years.  They are wonderful men to do business with.  They never fail to return calls and help you with any problems.  My Mother had a claim just after she had a stroke.  Steve and Adrian handled everything with her friends that were helping her.  I truly can't say enough good about their customer service!  An outstanding business!
