Aweful Experience! I traded my vehicle in for one off this lot where my vehicle was worth more then the one I traded for and they owed me a sizable check back. My vehicle that I had traded was paid for had no loan on it and I had filed for title as directed by Zack to do so the same day we made the deal and they were aware that I had not yet done so. Therefore I left and went to the Dept of Revenue in Clarksville and did that and showed them my reciept that i had and they even took a copy of it. Then we signed the paperwork and I took posession of my new car. They refused to give me any papereork for the car or the check until I recieved the truck title in the mail and handed it to them. Which they told me should only take a few weeks is all. A month went by and still no title had arrived so i called the Dept of Revenue in Little Rock who informed me they had sold the truck and the new owner had a loan on it that their bank held the title. Therefore I would not be able to turn the title over to the dealership and hense no check and no title on the new car for me as I was informed this was the dealerships rules. So I was stuck hoping they could get the title and fix their own misteak where I was told would take only a coupke weeks. This whole ordeal went on for 3 entire months where the new car then I was unable to plate with no paperwork, and that sizeable check balance they owed me for the trade held from me as well. Zach was my salesman and it all ended very rude with him towards me as if I had been the bad guy. He argued with me his belief that because I purchased the traded vehicle out of state being the problem with the held up title and he obviously had not once discussed the facts with his own bookeeper in the back office as to what really transpired and that it truely was at no fault of mine. The fact they sold my traded truck the very next day and that new owner got a loan is what held up the title at the Dept. Of Revenue and that being the only reason the title had been held up was at their own fault. Yet I was the one having my money held from me and my purchase paperwork and the ability to tag my new car for 3 whole months!!! This was the worst experience ever and no ammount of cookies or mugs can make up for rudeness and Zachs misinformed, nieve or uneducated behavior. I also learned that the quoted value of my new car as I was told by Zach was 19,500 is truely only $12,000 barely so they ripped me off by $7000 with dishonesty and that I find to be truely distasteful!! I wont recommend this dealership to anyone. My neighbor and my son is in the market for a new vehicle and they wont be coming here, not after being witness to this over the last 3 months. The lady in the back doing the paperwork I can say on a positive note was professional and kind during the whole process even when she knew this whole situation was very upsetting for her customer!

Fair prices and great service in the service department
