Brian Ross is the clerk that we encountered in the service department. Rude does not even begin to describe him. Mistakes are made everyday! I know he is the one that made the mistake, but even if it was me (the customer), there was no reason to act that way. I was not rude or disrespectful to him one time during the discussion of the miscommunication that occurred. There was absolutely no reason to talk to people, ESPECIALLY costumers, the way that he talked to me.
I will pay to tow my vehicle 500 miles before I ever drive it 10 miles to have service done at whitson- Morgan bc of the way Mr. Ross talked/treated me over something that was extremely simple.

VERY SHADY BUSINESS!!!
Ran our credit application, than decided to not turn it into the banks but instead tried to get us in home financing at a RIDICULOUS INTEREST! Tried to screw over my 19 year old son who is serving for in the military.
Steer clear of this location, SHADY people + business!
