      image I went into the bank to use the change machine (son's piggy bank) + make a deposit and ended up standing in line for over 10 minutes while there were 4 people behind the counter. The drive thru lady finally came over and got his ticket and money and then proceeded to help 2 people in the drive thru before me. It was just a bad experience.
