        My family & I have never had any problems with this branch. Everyone has been so nice and helpful. In my opinion this is one of the best OZK branches in Arkansas.

        The bank ozk down in magnolia, where i just moved from, was open on Saturdays from 8-noon. The whole bank. Not just the drive thru. Why can't any of the bank ozk up here in central Arkansas operate like that? I guess bank ozk is owned by individuals. Being open on Saturday mornings sure makes it convenient for people. Looks like im going to have to find a new bank. Lol

        You don't feel like a customer there. Just another numbered statistic. Looked down on and workers like Johnathan acting like he's better than you talking to you like your nothing. No-one wants to help you with anything. Worst branch worst bank. Very disrespected.
