Had a service call and his diagnosis was completely wrong. Charged us $205 for an incorrect diagnosis. We have called several times and they keep saying they'll check into it and call back. Not holding my breath!!!

Hi Ms. Harrell - I hate that you found our service not up to your satisfaction. We did return your phone call and as we explained, whomever installed your Generac generator did not install it according to Generac's specifications. We are a certified dealer and as part of our agreement with Generac, we cannot warranty work when the installation has not been performed correctly. It would be in your best interest to contact the installation company to make sure that your warranty coverage does not get voided.

I contacted D & L for our annual service to our stand-by generator. The technician was very informative and patient with me...I had alot of questions. I will be giving them more business as the need arises.

Ive used them for all Commercial HVAC needs. Their technicians have always been profesional, on time and have installed a great system every time. Their Sheetmetal department has always done a great job of delivering anything we asked for, just like we drew it up.
Would highly recommend to anyone for HVAC, Sheetmetal and generator installations.
