We spent over $11,000 getting new units for our house and shop. We came home from being out of town to our ceiling pouring water in the hallway. We had to have the whole ceiling and walls replaced, and called Emmerts to come look at why the unit had water coming up out of the condensation pipe. They said they cleared out the trap and should be good to go. It happened AGAIN. Turns out, when they installed the $11,000 units, they didnt put in new pipe for the condensation, it was overloading the drain off, AND the trap pipe was too short and just needed it taller than the condenser. Then, on top of that, the catch pan wasnt even under the trap, so the tube that drips in the garage for a warning system didnt even work to tell us it was clogged. Then they sent a bill. I called and told them it was their issue not ours and werent paying the bill. Then it happened again. Ruined the new ceiling, new walls, and new paint. We couldnt ever get ahold of them to fix it and had to pay someone else to fix their repeat mistakes. DONT USE THEM. They seem great at the beginning, but aint worth a flip, and repeat issues that they should have fixed before it happened!! We finally had to call another company who was more than happy to come when we needed them, were cheaper, and guaranteed their work. DONT USE EMMERTS, but DO use ADAMS HEAT & AIR LLC out of Trumann, AR!!

They guy is very nice and polite, even though Im still waiting for the estimate so they can complete the work. I trust it will work great
