Removal and installation went great. Eli was able to get the job completed quickly and professionally. 4 stars because there was a little broken glass left over from the previous broken door. I would suggest they come out with a shop vac instead of just a broom.

These guys are nice. But Im at a dead end and they havent been able to help. Matt and the team have been to my place many times to fix the balance springs in my windows which keep popping out. Theyve kept coming over and replacing them, and Ive sensed their frustration. Imagine mine! Today I got offered for them to come by one more time, and thats it but I declined. Matt said it could be user error (my fault) otherwise he doesnt know why they keep breaking. Any suggestions would be appreciated! This window in the picture has been repaired multiple times by Bentonville Glass and it wont even stay open and the balance spring wont stay in.

They replaced a bathroom window where I rent. They were on time, cleaned up afterwards and very polite. Great job!

Prices are reasonable, work they did was great and the staff is friendly. Definitely will use again.
