Had them all my life. Generally have had no issues and the employees are polite. Only issue I have had is filing claims on my house. Usually the problem is not covered and, when I needed a new roof due to hail damage, after having them for 35+ years, they only paid half of my claim. Apparently I had the cheapest policy, which I would never do for this reason, so the plan must not have been properly explained to me when I got coverage. I wouldn't knowingly pick a policy like that, knowing sooner or later you'd need a roof

A great insurance provider here in the Saline County area. Brent is very knowledgeable and helpful for any issues/questions that my family has regarding our policies. The cost of our policies (home, boat, cars, horses/etc) was so much cheaper than the competitors. Brent works via phone and text and is quick to response if he doesn't answer. Great to work with, unlike their "Like a good neighbor" competitor who switched from...
