    Very dishonest and disrespectful called me with no answer then shows up and does inspection without homeowners consent or any questions asked would not recommend at all business card shows fast friendly and right the first time all lies they work for who has hired them

    Very dishonest company. They do est and put down wrong part numbers to help out who ever hired them. They are a company that even the CEO Micheal Mann acknowledged that mistakes are made and have to have to rebuttal for it to be honest. Was on the phone for almost 6hr. 5 hr 59min and 58 sec.

    Run, dont walk from this company. Especially if you get Jeff Ruckle. We accidentally flooded our house a little over a year ago and working with this insurance adjuster made the whole experience that much more miserable. He is unwilling to answer calls/messages or help. Eventually after calling our 5 or more people for quotes, Jeff was set on the absolute lowest quote as the final amount (unfortunately our first quote). Even after talking to the other contractors, who acknowledged that the first company was known for underbidding and adding things later. Because of this, and how backlogged most contractors are, it took roughly a year to start getting our house put back together. Once we finally got someone in here to do the work, our floors had to be redone and we were informed that we would have to be out of the house for a while and there is to be absolutely no traffic on the floors. I think we got a three day notice. After a little research I discovered that insurance is actually supposed to pay for that. Jeff Ruckle never said anything about this and when we reached out to him for guidance days in advance (every single day before we had to be out), he ignored us. Even on the day that we had to be out of the house officially, he would not respond because he was off. Im sorry that we inconvenienced you Jeff Ruckle. We were finally able to get answers after actually calling my insurance and my insurance broker and making inquiries the day of because we didnt know if we were allowed to go to a hotel, or if we would have to stay with friends and family, who didnt have the room. We are still having issues with communication to this day. We still have not been reimbursed for our stay in the hotels and have reached out to Jeff Ruckle and this company multiple times looking for guidance and have received nothing, but empty assurances of calling us back. I repeat, run dont walk away from this company if you want to feel secure and taken care of in the event that you need an insurance adjuster. These guys just aint it.

    I have met many of the customers whose claims were handled by Action Claim Service over the last 11 years. This can rarely be said, but I have never heard a complaint about this company. They live up to their motto-Fast, Friendly, and Right the First Time. I have also personally witnessed several times one of their adjusters George Obert go over and beyond with his empathy with the customers and his sincere desire to Provide exceptional customer service while delivering second to none workmanship to the insurance company he represents. Because they asked me not to ever praise them publicly, I cant give their names; however, there are two people at this company that have given so much of their time and resources to help those in need. I am blown away at how much they selflessly do for others. Finally, I want to express that not all independent adjusting firms can make the insurance companies they represent happy while they simultaneously give the claimants the best experience possible, but Action Claims has a gift of doing just that! I highly recommend them!
