We hired Francisco of Iron Scroll to place Security screen doors on our home. We were very pleased with the service and workmanship. We highly recommend him. Francisco came when he said he would and kept us informed as to how the job was progressing. We are extremely happy with the quality of our security doors.

I ordered a custom security door 3 months ago and I have yet to hear when they will install it or, have been able to contact them through the 2 phone numbers they have. I have left over 15 messages that they never return. Its a shame because this company has been recommended to me by a lot of people. My experience with this company has made me not want to recommend this place to anyone. I would have gave it 1 star if I got a call back. But there are no STARS to give here.

Okay, the job took a very long time start to finish, so Ill take off a star. In the beginning he told us that he had just started a big government job in San Luis that could cause a two month delay. Plus, we had no idea who else was in the queue ahead of us. Javier, though, is an honest man who maybe wants to please everyone? Yes, I had moments after reading posted reviews that we had bought a bill of goods. But, he never hid from his obligation. His main goal, to make us happy with the end product. He and his main guy, Juan, busted their behinds when they were here. And, Javiers son, Chris, is a fine young man. Is the end product worth waiting for? Absolutely! He provided beautifully designed and welded gates that he and Juan installed with precision. Knowing what I know and read, I would still hire Javier and The Iron Scroll for future projects. Heck, after the fact he has called several times to see how my wife is rehabilitating from knee replacement surgery.

Today is April 4, 2022 and I'm looking for someone to make a wrought iron decorative gate for me and I'm finding basically the same businesses that I was aware of from years ago. So interesting that my Iron Scroll story is so similar to bad reviews that I'm reading here. My story is years ago , I had my city lot enclosed with brick fencing which was done beautifully, and I needed iron and wood gates made . This is around 2005 I would say. I don't remember the guys name, but he was the owner of Iron Scroll and I am positive of this because I drove to his business location to start the process. He made me a wood and iron gate for my back wall to alley and it was done and installed super fast. Faster than his estimate . So I ordered a large double gate for a vehicle passthru , again iron and wood and again done and installed very quickly. I was vey happy with both of these jobs , so I ordered what I considered a decorative gate using really old wood I had collected and again it was to be iron and my old wood . Paid a 50% deposit , he took my old wood with him and basically I never heard form him again. As I recall, months went by, calls made and never returned . I guess I threatened him , for one morning very early , like 6am or something he came and installed my gate and then took off. I never paid the 50% balance and I had to hire someone else to come and install the knob-latch system but it was finally done. I never received a bill for the balance and I moved on. I'm writing this cause I think it's so interesting that he does really beautiful work , but so often apparently he just cant do the followup to complete jobs . Really nice work but I would never recommend this guy. He told me that he got a large job in Las Vegas making tables for a casino , so he just wasn't interested in completing my old gate!!!

This guy Javier (the owner) is a crook he took my money and NEVER delivered my gates when I call he never answers the phone if I leave a voicemail he won't call me back but he has more excuses than carter has pills real pain in my ass, guess I have to take him too court, be smart and steer clear of Iron Scroll
