This company has everything that you need in the event of needing assistance in any matter that youre unable to conclude yourself. Kelly is professional, intelligent, poised, accurate, and produces results every single time. You will NOT regret any decision to consult with him about any matter large nor small. I recommend his services beyond anyone else in this area. True definition of professionalism. Thank you, Kelly!

I am extremely angry! I arrived at my appointment time and waited outside while Several people entered the building and jumped in front of me. I alerted the technician that I had arrived at the appointed time and that all these other people were entering the building before me and getting serviced. I finally just went in because she was taking two other people before me when I had arrived five minutes before my appointment time. I later discovered that they were open to the general public on a first come first serve basis. She told me that that was Wednesday and Thursday. I said, well if that was the case then why were your doors locked last Thursday when I arrived at 2 PM? She did not know the answer. I do not appreciate the sub standard service. If Im required to make an appointment then I expect the appointment to be kept. As it stands right now,I have taken 45 minutes of my time to get printed. I think Arizona needs to find a different method of obtaining fingerprints for the required fingerprint card in order to practice as a medical professional in the state.
