        I am from out of town and I stopped in to ask a question and was told that the manager of the service department would call me on my issue. No phone call, I called and got the same response that either the service manager or the guy who answered my call would call me back, still no phone call. Even though I am from out town, do I not deserve a phone call???? I would never recommend this dealership! It a way to treat a customer! I would like to say, after my review, I was contacted and I have now received a phone call and the update I was inquiring about. Many thanks to Kia of Yuma. I truly appreciate your service
