UPDATE: Close to 20 years we've used their service. Times have changed, and AEA's 'Look' and name has recently changed to Avenir Financial, but it's the same great service, and theres great people to serve your banking needs. I have had nothing but a positive experience with them even when things haven't always gone my way. They are always upbeat and helpful. I'm usually welcomed by my name, and one gal even knew my member number by heart, lol... now THAT'S service! As long as I am living here in Yuma (and I have no plans of moving), I wouldn't do my banking anywhere else! Great job, you guys!

Fees for everything. Can never get ahold of someone over the phone. Lines are always long and take forever.

Very friendly, happy to help you with whatever you need. I generally handle all of my business through the ATM, but on the few occasions I have went in I was always helped very promptly. All of the staff are very friendly and always have a smile on their faces.

Wow, just moved down to Yuma, my exsisting Credit Union in Spokane, WA does not have any branches down here or affiliations with any CU's so I thought I would give these guys my business. After waiting in line for what seemed like forever due to there only being 3 people working. The young lady said she would have to take my information and set up an appointment for me. Well I guess they don't want my business. Maybe hire some more employees if you are under staff? I don't see this bank/credit union wanting to work for their customers.....
It took them 1 week to send an Auto-Response, again... terriable customer service, ask yourself do you want a CU that doesn't work for you to be where you put your money?
