        I came yesterday to make an appointment and they gave me the appointment today at 2:30 and I have been waiting for 1 hour and they still haven't seen me, very bad service, I don't know why they make appointments if they don't respect the appointment times .

        Waited over a year for a new debit card after being told numerous times that it would only take a month or two at most. Eventually gave up on this effort and this bank as a whole. You should do the same. Edit: after seeing this review they gave a me a new card finally with expedited delivery. Props for that
