I met Dr. Hoover while searching for my first horse. He has expertise that I can only hope to have one day and he is extremely helpful. Being new to the horse world, it can be a bit intimidating and its easy to feel like you're asking silly questions. Dr. Hoover was kind, professional, and you can tell that he wants the best for the horses in his care and his clients. Dr. Hoover provided service above and beyond what I expected from a pre-purchase exam experience and was overall great. Very glad to have found him!

Dr Chuck has been taking care of my horses for 13 years. I was a green owner with a green horse. My TB mare isn't too hard of a keeper but she likes to get a belly ache when the weather changes and he always either comes right out or instructs me on what to do. I wouldn't recommend any other Equine Vet higher. He's knowledgeable and continuously educated and he is great with the horses. Calm and reassuring. My pony isn't fond of the vet visits but Dr Chuck always makes him feel safe.
