Unbelievably unprofessional.
If I could give less than one star to write a review, I would.
I came in with a 9 lb. three legged cat that they somehow let loose in store, I had to go get the cat off the feed shelf because no one wanted to or was able to do it.
To add insult to injury, they refused to vaccinate the animal due to concerns about him biting them or another client.
Really? A veterinarian and 4 techs couldnt manage an irritated cat?
I put lines in people hopped up on Fentanyl and bath salts daily, in my profession, so to say Im not impressed either the service I got would be an understatement.

We take our puppies to an established veterinary practice on top of taking them to Vetco for their monthly flea and heart worm medications. Each time we have taken them to a Petco for their services, we have received great customer service and vet care.

Did not follow the package price and have 2 more 60 dollar visits equaling 220 spent instead of 75 for the puppy pack they advertise. But staff is very kind
