MPG Tire & Auto

Horrendous customer service. no eye contact and they just want to get you out of there with to details about what caused the issue in the first place.

I have been going to this MPG for several years. I have always been treated with respect and like they really have my best interest at heart. I recently had to have the engine replaced in my car. It worked out better in the long run to replace the engine rather than replacing the car. I could not get it done immediately. MPG was very patient while I did my part figuring out how I could finance the repairs. Once got engine in, they thoroughly tested it and found out it was not as good as an engine they could accept. They ordered another engine for me, got my car put back together and surprised me with getting my car done 2 weeks sooner than I was expecting. I am very happy with their service. I am very happy with my car. I recommend them to anyone who wants great customer service and fairness. Thank you MPG!!!

Tony is absolutely awful. Not only does he demean his employees, but customers too. He is the worst manager I have ever encountered. I will never go back for service even though we have been going there for years.
