Basically totalled my car. Stil my insurance gave me the run around, andFamily Auto stuck by myside to make sure my vehicle was repaired properly. Chance is a stand up guy and straight forward. An excellent Mechanic Business; the staff is truly professional and most polite when visiting in person. Shoutout to Brent, a truly excellent mechanic who really knows his stuff when it comes to mechanical/electrical knowledge. The staff is very good at keeping up with any insurance companies for repairs and are truthful and honest with their clients. I speak from first hand experience working along side the Family Auto/Truck team on my own repairs with my 2014 Chevy Cruze so far and they have displayed fair, honest, and high level professionalism and dedication! Keep up the excellent work you do each day Family Auto/Truck team! I truly appreciate your business and my Family and I will be referring further business for other friends and family in the future!
