      image I went in to purchase a charger cord because mine quit working. I was pointing in the direction and told I had to the right one without anyone looking. The boy that cashed me out didnt understand how to make change and I didnt feel like trying to explain it to him so I was shorted. When I came back in a few minutes later because it was the wrong cord the woman snapped at me about not specifying the exact cord I needed. I did but she wouldnt come help me. The guy that cashed me out called the manager over and I ended up with an open box cord that wasnt anywhere near as well made as the $27. one I paid for but had no choice but take or lose my money. This is just one of the reasons why I havent been a metro customer for over 5 years now. The only reason I stopped there was because it was convenient. Ill go out of my way to go anywhere else but them again.
