The worse service technicians ever worse customer service ever, they spend less than 5 minutes to clean my pool and the dont even clean the baskets they are so lazy I dont recommend their services unless if you want to pay them $145 a month for nothing.

We're absolutely thrilled with the exceptional work done by Valley Oasis Pools & Spas in bringing our dream pool and outdoor haven to life! From Kathleen, the owner, to our dedicated sales pro, Alex, and the entire team including Noah, Jeremy, Annette, and all the crews, everyone's dedication has been beyond incredible. Their professionalism and commitment to quality shine through in every aspect of their work. Our hillside pool presented all sorts of challenges, but Valley Oasis tackled it with expertise, ensuring safety and engineering excellence. What truly astounded us was their ability to not just create a safe environment, but also to craft a stunning pool, outdoor kitchen, fire pit, and two levels of resort-style living that our family will cherish for years to come. A heartfelt thank you to Alex, Kathleen, and the entire Valley Oasis team for turning our house into a place we're proud to call home. We're filled with joy and can't wait to share this beautiful space with our loved ones for endless memorable moments! You guys rock and we will refer you out to all of our friends...

Purchased a new property. Home inspector said that the return line was too close to the unit that its supposed to come out at least 6 inches away in order to run at full power. Also, as you can see in the first picture, there was some green discoloration on the plaster, I hired this company to repair the return line and do a chlorine scrub. They put the return line in the exact same position as the original one, and emptied the pool and used a small pressure washer to squirt the sides. There was no smell of chlorine whatsoever while they did this and there was no scrubbing done. As you can see it removed zero discoloration. I will say the pool had gone green but I dont have a picture of that so it did need to be emptied but obviously I have to hire another company to do the work correctly. And theyre charging almost $2000 for this half fast effort.

Business Response on Google Jan 28th, 2024
Hi Kathleen. We appreciate your feedback and are sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction with our services. We take all customer concerns seriously and would like to address the issues you've raised.Firstly, we want to clarify that we did take note of the green discoloration in the plaster. We originally inspected the pool at your residence on November 28, 2023, as seen in the photo. However, we would like to highlight that the pool was significantly worse when we were actually contacted to perform the work in January 2024. It was our understanding you had to close on the property before the services could be performed. The pool had an even thicker coating of algae, likely from the high vegetation of the tree you had removed post service, which required extensive cleaning.During our service, we performed a thorough pressure wash, then chlorine wash, followed by a second round of pressure washing. It's important to note that the walls of the pool are porous and aged, and applying excessive pressure or chemicals could have led to permanent damage. Our approach was carefully considered to balance effective cleaning with the preservation of your pool's finish. We regret that you did not perceive the expected results after our efforts. It's worth noting that algae-related discoloration can be challenging to eliminate completely, especially in porous surfaces.Regarding the return line, we want to assure you that we moved it as per your request. There are no specific industry standards mandating a 6-inch distance from the filter. The line comes out of the backwash valve and cannot be extended further due to that. Once clear of the valve, the line was moved away from the filter as seen in the photo. We also upgraded the line from 1.5" to 2", which should improve the flow.We understand your disappointment, and we regret if our efforts did not meet your expectations. Our aim is always to provide high-quality service, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. If you have further concerns or would like to discuss this matter in more detail, please feel free to contact us directly. We value your feedback and are committed to addressing any issues to ensure your satisfaction.
