We paid for a used pool at this location on March 16 2021 for a 10 percent discount. We were told that this pool was never used and has been at that location. Once we brought the pool home we noticed the boxes were tore up with plastic wrap keeping the boxes intact. The screws were in Ziploc bags and tool marks on the frame made it appear the pool had been previously put together. Nevertheless, we were able to put together the pool even without the instructions that were missing. We realized at this point we couldn't fully complete the pool because we are missing 6 screws, a top plate, the corner caps for the top rail, and the ladder all of which we have already paid for. We have contacted the store and the workers there have been pleasant but we have yet to be contacted by or have been able to reach the supervisor. We have also not received the top plate or our ladder as of now June 1st.
