Bluefin Seafood Bistro

Some of the plumbers and HVAC techs at Arico have recommended Bluefin for a nice quiet dinner out. They said the food was great and service was nice.

My wife and I had a lovely dinner at Bluefin tonight and cannot understand the negative reviews. This is a nice restaurant, so dinner takes awhile. You come here for a nice relaxed evening, not to get in and out in an hour. Go to Chili's for that. The clam chowder was piping hot and made fresh; it was excellent. Our entrees (scallops and a lobster roll) tasted great, were served at the proper temperature, and were good portions. Dessert (thin mint pie) was an excellent ending. Drinks are priced fairly for this category of restaurant. Our server was Sarah and she is worth requesting. No tip was automatically added to our bill, either. My advice: eat here. We will gladly return.

I highly recommend folks try this restaurant if they love seafood.

Had a birthday lunch here with a group of seven. The atmosphere was quite nice with both indoor and patio seating. Bread was available but not offered until we asked for it as one of our party was delayed. Service overall was fine. The entrees were delicious but not spectacular. The New England Clam Chowder came out warm but not hot. Had the lobster and it was good but the rice was just a plain texmati rice, nothing special. Everyone at the table seemed to enjoy their entree as the plates were completely finished. Perhaps the portions could have been a bit larger. When we're in town again we will definitely try Bluefin again.
