Absolutely a waste of time and $399. I signed up after a realtor recommended Keri. I had reached out to her in Sept prior to signing up and she assured me she would be able to help me but my file was thick and it would take 6-8 month to get to a score that will help me and my kids get into a house. Looking back at emails- she reached out to me in November trying to sign me up. I signed up Jan 7. I was always the one checking in 1-2x a month. I was Asking questions. All I was told was to send in whatever I receive and thats all I knew. The first round I was receiving things in the very first month and then it stopped. Yes covid happened in March. she even went to the extent to tell me that the credit agencies had shut down. After speaking with all 3 agencies I knew this now to be untrue. I have this all in writing since I dont ever recall speaking on the phone with her. Time dragged and dragged. So I decided to look online and see what I can do. I learned a few things on how to raise my score which I did. Shes trying to take credit for bumping me up. No. It was all me. Here I am 10 months later and Im glad I fired this company in August and went with a real reputable company that actually gives a full detailed report of their plan of attack. Little did I know, it was illegal for her to charge me for services up front. Also, she didnt do things so simple like remove incorrect addresses or name s that were incorrect. Even a simple phone call to the major creditor that I kept saying was incorrectly charging me. Within the month that I have been with this new highly recommended agency, my score has gone up almost 80 points with 8 deletions and a few to go. I did end up emailing Keri and voicing my disappointment. She emailed back disagreeing of course. My advice is to go with another company who can truly guide you and educate you as well as help clean your credit. This company just made excuses and strung me along wasting my time. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

This company is a SCAM do not use them. They will steal your money and RIP you off by never yielding results promise.
