Employees do not know what the FedEx ship can and cannot do. I asked an employee where to go for the FedEx ship and informed him that I had a QR code. He said thats fine and directed me to the counter to sign in. I waited 15 minutes and the lady at the counter told me they dont accept QR codes and that I need to go to an actual FedEx.

Highly recommend! Veronica was super sweet and helpful as well as two other employees. I was quickly packing many boxes before running to the airport. I had gone to FedEx first but they were unhelpful and low on packing supplies. Not only did they have everything as well as a great self service station, each person that worked there was very kind and checked in to see if I needed anything. I bought extra supplies there because I felt like I could take a minute to better pack things. Made a huge difference when working in a stressful time crunch. They also signed me up for an Office Depot membership and made sure I got the new member discount.

Office Depot/Max is my go-to store for everything I need for my business and office activities. I have relied on them for my computers and printers and have always had a positive result. I love the wonderful service and attention I get when needing, as in my recent purchase, ink cartridges for the printer I bought from this store at El Con in Tucson.
