        Took a recently purchased refurbished computer in because it suddenly stopped booting up. I was assisted promptly by GM Adrian D. who was not only efficient but explained what he was doing clearly and kindly. He found the problem right away and I spent a mere $9.99 for his help....well worth it. He was awesome and earned all my future business with office supply needs and services.

        I have tried to do business there several times as it is very close to CostCo which we frequent. This is the most incompetent retail store I have ever shopped in; even a manager was not truthful with me. Their extra savings on ink card is a joke as they have decided to cut back on the inks they stock. I have had to contact Staples headquarters to get things squared away on several occasions - and they have agreed with me 100% on my issues.
