Sam was very helpful. I spent an hour of trying to move the leg rest on my Grandmother’s power chair back to normal position after she had extended it out. The company she got the chair from just a week ago is closed on the weekends with no technicians on call, yet Sam answered and suggested checking the limit switch. He made it possible for her to get out of bed today.

I purchased a new power chair from Mr. Redman, at a cost of over $30,000.00. It was broke in the process of shipping it 3 times. It continues to break down, has never been right from the beginning, I asked for a refund he refused stating he already spent the money. I sued him in small claims court and won a judgement against him. I now have to pay another lawyer to try to collect on the judgement he claims he has no money to pay. While going through all this I found a welding and fabricating company who tried to repair chair, they advised chair built on bent frame with many many used parts. BEWARE SAM REDMAN IS REFURBISHING PARTS AND PASSING OFF AS NEW. WHAT KIND OF MAN TRYS TO SCAM HANDICAPPED PEOP;E OUT OF THEIR MONEY? STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS

Sam is running an excellent repair business for motorized wheelchairs. He has been doing work building, repairing and customizing power chairs for over 30 years and it shows in how quickly and effectively he can diagnose and repair anything. Highly recommended!
