        Absolutely the most horrible customer service I have ever experienced. Extremely rude and argumentative. Apria sent $3000.00 worth of medical equipment and supplies without authorization even after I told that we were going to use another company. Clearly Apria is use to committing Medicare Fraud and thinks nothing of doing it again. Stay far, far away from Apria. It took me 10 calls to their office and a week for them to pick up their equipment and supplies.
