    Since the beginning of Feb. I have been trying to get my Elderly Disabled Father a transfer chair and wheelchair. I have gone back and forth with Preferred on this. I have called the Doctor's Office and they have sent them an order again for it and even as to send them Pictures and emails on this from myself and Doctors Office. Preferred gives the round around on this and saying its a rehab item and comes from that department. I have called rehab department and still nothing new on this. This place has no customer services skills and is horrible of letting each other know what's going on. How hard is it to get an order from a Doctors office and send over to the other Department and have them send the chair. This is ridiculous and horrible to treat a disabled elderly male from an item he needs. April 11, 2024 finally Preferred calls their Phoenix Rehab Office and I was just told they don't carry the Patient Lift Transfer Chair..... This is C R A Z Y.....Since then I have gone back and forth with Preferred.

    Im very upset with this place for the simple fact my dr put in an order for me to get an electric scooter because I have cerebral palsy, they kept giving false information that it was being put together then told me there wasnt a dr order so I finally got another dr order and now when I call says failed call so they blocked my number from being able to call them. I dont know what else to do and really need the scooter.

    My son has equipment provided by P.H.C. I called to scheduled a pick up to happen 04/03/2024. Never showed up or even called to follow up. I do want to say the Assistant that I talked with was very nice very polite and professional. I believe she was the same assistant I spoke with today to reschedule for Monday Once again she was very professional and pleasant. The problem seems to be communication. She did the order correctly but the next team member did not check the message, I assume. COMMUNICATION between departments is a big issue in every company, business or corporation, not just with P.H.C.
