    My 4 stars is not fair to the local (Tucson) office. They're awesome people and deserve 5. I needed a CPAP machine. Cerise, the person at the front desk, walked me through all of the paperwork I needed to bring the day of my appointment in order to start the process with insurance. She was very detailed, so I was able to bring everything that was required. Monique, the respiratory therapist, talked me through my equipment both the use and maintenance. She understood my needs in regards to a mask, and when my first one didn't quite work for me was happy to help me get a better one during their 30 day exchange window. I wish I could remember the names of the other staff that I've worked with as everyone at the Tucson office is very courteous, kind and happy to help out. The national office, on the other hand, is what brought the score down. And again, that's not fair to the local office. In my few interactions with them over the phone, they have been unhelpful and even a bit rude. Their website is not intuitive, and that is also somewhat frustrating. I had a billing question/issue that I was able to get answered by finally calling back to the Tucson office, which again did nothing but increase my admiration for them.

    Stay away from Rotech. I have a bag full of supplies, mask in the wrong size, set up for me on automatic ship and charge. I never knowingly signed up for. Just call and send back within 3 days of arrival of you dont need them. They came rapidly one after the other. My fault for not reading the fine, fine print. I had to get a replacement rental Cpap from them because of the Phillips recall. I wish insurance companies would not do business with them. These are not good people taking advantage of sick humans.
