I will never go back on Oct 21 my 15 year old daughter fell on a bottle and had a cut to her left leg I took her in and it was 15 minutes before closing so they got her in dr looked at her leg and despite what we said glued the cut together well 2 days later the glue was gone and she had a infection well now November 12 my daughter has a big hole in her leg still and has pulled out 8 pieces of glass I'm so pissed my daughter is going through this because they wanted to go home!!!!

My husband and I have used this urgent care facility several times since it opened and have always been seen quickly. Every single employee has been professional, efficient, personable and kind. We have never experienced a billing problem or any other kind of problem here and feel that every person goes out of his/her way to do an outstanding job.
We received written notice in today's (Saturday's) mail informing us that United Health will no longer have Continental Reserve Urgent Care as a provider as of May 1, 2017. We'll be taking this issue up with United Health on Monday.

The doctor there told me she had no idea what was wrong with my arm after a 5 minute inspection of it. Bad pain and really bad swelling. Didn't run any tests or do anything for me besides tell me to put ice on it. Do not waste your time with this joke they call an urgent care!

Absolutely the worst customer service of all time. If you hate your job that much please find something else to do. Your blue eyeshawdown eye rolling is not gonna cut it when I have two sick children. I would never recommend this place even if you were dying.
