Terrible place. Very unorthodox when requesting my Driver's License and Insurance card sent to them via email. No responses for weeks even after 2 phone calls and messages. Finally got a call back but only after I informed them that they are handling their duties irresponsibility and that their first-timer working the front couldn't figure out how to make an appointment. Online system is a joke, website links don't work, and it's a cute round-around cycle of when you call in to schedule an appointment, they tell you to do it online. When you go online, the system either A) doesn't work, or B) tells you to call. I can only imagine what the actual sleep study process, results, and interpretation is like if they can't even get a phone call correctly done. AVOID since it will be at your cost.
