They truly are very professional & made things as easy as possible to get through this life changing experience. They treat you with respect. Great customer service . I too had a bad experience with another company.

After 12 months dealing with this company I can honestly say they made having to have an interlock in my car as painless as humanly possible. They may not be the absolute cheapest option in Tucson but their policies and professionalism are worth it. A quick phone call to reschedule my appointment was met with a "no problem" and no added fee. Best of all, these people treat you like a customer - not a screw up - they understand that getting caught driving impaired in Arizona is a traumatic experience. I couldn't recommend them enough, especially since they were not the first interlock company I've dealt with.
