I am assuming that the two 5 star reviews are fakes or are employees or some other reasonable explanation. If I can spare someone from the ongoing nightmare we have experienced by writing this review it is worth my time. The equipment we purchased has had so many comical problems and if I could charge the hours we have had to spend getting it to somewhat work -we could easily buy a more expensive and reputable piece of equipment. It is not worth what appears to be an up front savings unless you are in need of comic relief. Our equipment arrived with no packaging and of course was broken. Tools were left inside hoses. Feet were snapped off. You have to turn the pump to off to make it run. Protective relays were I installed with two uneven stacks of random washers. The blades dont cut anything When I told them blades from another supplier did cut I was told that the blades I purchased were for cutting HRC 45 which I know. And since this material was somewhat softer I used the wrong blade. Those of us with experience know it shouldve cut. The replacement blades I purchased were also for cutting the same hardness and they worked fine. I could go on. I just want you know that the customer support is not there.

Pace Technologies goes beyond the call of duty for their customers. They are very concerned about customer satisfaction and don't rest until they have satisfied customers.
