My wife and I just moved to the Tucson area and needed renters insurance. I called this Farmers Insurance location and got in touch with Elizabeth (the agency owner). It didn't take me long to realize what a caring and trustworthy individual she is. She counseled me, walked me through the coverages, and attempted to save me money even though I was fine with the price before. It's not commonplace to speak with the agency owner when calling an insurance agency.
