      image The absolute worst when it comes to customer service. My husband and I used to have them as our insurance carrier but we soon discovered they dont care, in fact they could care less about you and your insurance needs. And, they didnt have the courtesy to call us back plus they raised our insurance prices so high; maybe because my husband was getting older?
      We moved over to Progressive and are having much better service and care in Graham county. I do not recommend Farmers Insurance in Safford, Az.

      image We are completely pleased with our local insurance agent here in Safford. Michelle and her staff are always helpful and we renew annually with no problems. We even bundled in our auto insurance with our homeowners this year. Always great service!
