Bought our house at the beginning of August. TVAC was supposed to service the A/C before we bought the house we have the invoice stating a service was completed. All that was done was a new air filter. Our A/C stopped working. After trying to go through our nightmare of a warranty company thinking there was something major wrong with the unit and thinking it had been serviced come to find out it had never been serviced. Unfortunately we did not get the invoice until after we figured out what happened. And saw that it was TVAC that did the work

TVAC installed multiple units for unit. A few weeks later half of the units did not work. They kept sending out technicians that did not know what they were doing. The technicians would “fix” the units and then a week later, the units had the same problem. Installations were riddled with electrical problems and coolant leaks in the hoses. The point where we had enough with this company is when they stepped through the ceiling from the attic and did major damage to the ceiling in a rental unit’s bedroom. They refused to pay for the damages because they said it was our fault. Only use this company for new installs if you have a lot of time for them to come out numerous times to try to make the units work. Eventually they got our units working over a 3 month period after the installation.

I'm totally surprised that this is the first Google review of TVAC--an excellent company. My first experience is when TVAC installed our new install HVAC system for our home addition back around 2015. They were hired by our general contractor, so I did not hire nor interact with them. Our new system worked very well and the county inspector actually said that it was very good work. It has worked flawlessly while keeping new new part of the house warm/cool. So when the AC on the old part of the house was going bad May 2017, we tried calling TVAC, yet they do not work on Saturday and we were going on vacation the next Monday. So we had a different company come on Saturday (big mistake). Just by hooking up the pressure gauges, this other company immediately said we needed a new system and that recharging the R-22 in the old system would be $700 but we really needed a new system. Without me even inquiring, he also tried to sell me on a solar system, solar tubes, and a new variable speed pool pump (though he never asked how old our pool pump was). Regardless, I knew I needed to get a second opinion due to the high cost of replacing the entire HVAC system. While on vacation, I called TVAC and arranged an appointment the day after we came back. Immediately, I knew TVAC was the right choice. Fausto assessed the problem which was indeed a low charge. He told me the cost, which I don't exactly recall though it was much less than $700. I also inquired about the cost of a totally new system. Fausto took the time to measure, calculate, and ask questions. He then forwarded the info to the front office who then gave me several quotes for different system configurations. The pricing was highly competitive and I trusted Fausto because of his open behaviors and the interaction I witnessed between the other people at TVAC. I felt TVAC was a small family and I was part of it. Anyway, I ended up authorizing the entirely new system that morning (3 ton, 16 SEER) for $4,845. TVAC installed it two days later on June 7, 2017. Mack and Jose spent most of the day installing it and cleaning our filthy vents. Both of them were highly professional and courteous. The new system works great and I feel really good about highly recommending TVAC for your HVAC needs.
