On a Wednesday night in late July, with temps over 110 degrees, lightning took out our AC unit. On Thursday, Ron was there by 1 PM. He had a quote for us by 8 AM Friday, and a new, more efficient, and quieter system installed by Saturday afternoon. They don't finance, but provided links to banks that do. Service: Installation

It really bothers me to read reviews slamming this business. I briefly worked for Linda and Ron. 3 weeks after I was hired, I contracted Covid. They were gracious, kind and understanding. They went above and beyond to help me by letting me work from home, work half days, letting me bring my puppy to work when there wasn't anyone else to watch her. Unfortunately, my symptoms persisted so I had to resign. Linda did everything in her power to make my life easier. She truly cared about my health and well-being. I've since been diagnosed with Covid Long, so the decision to leave was the right one. During my employment, I saw them display the same graciousness, kindness, and thoughtfulness with their customers. They go above and beyond to help each and every customer. As far as I'm concerned, any bad reviews are sour grapes. I would highly recommend Able Refrigeration because of Linda and Ron.

Ron and his staff helped me choose a new energy efficient system and made sure everything was installed to my pickiness and liking. He offered an extremely fair price that other companies couldn't beat. On top of this, Ron made extra trips out to inspect the work of his staff and another trip just to come out mark my breaker and teach me how they were set up for my house. I am having a problem getting a part for programming my AC unit and the front office has contacted ME regularly to keep me updated. They return my calls very quickly and respond to emails quickly. When I realized I had not gotten the programming component, they ordered it and will install it at their cost despite it not being an original component because Ron promised me a programmable AC. They deliver what they promise, are professional, responsive, and personable and I feel genuinely blessed to have found this company. My June AC bill was 105$ for an 1100 SQ ft house and I am cool and comfortable in the room I want cooled! Thank You Ron, Linda, and Michelle!! P. S. I was sceptical about the part being delayed and called the AC manufacturer myself. Everything Able Refrigeration said about the part was completely correct. I appreciate Linda staying on top of the problem from the manufacturer!!
