Very convenient hotel right off the freeway. The room was clean and quiet. Service was excellent at the front desk.

I can start off by saying what a day.
So my little family and I checked out today and we made another reservation because we were past check out. Im not someone to complain about something simple wrong with the rooms or anything but nothing prepared me for how check in was gonna go. I was checking in with another employee that was at the front desk and this old lady with blondish gray hair that was helping another 2 customers asked me if I was in the room we were just in I answered yes and she proceeded to tell me that we couldnt renew with them because the room was left dirty and that General manager went up there too in-front of the customers she was helping and the employee that was helping me didnt say anything. Thats so crazy to me because they acted like we trashed the whole room when we cleaned as much up as we could before checkout. I wonder why she couldnt pull me to the side and let me know even though she was not the one helping me. Super unprofessional! Now we took out all of our trash from cleaning up other than the little bit that was in the tiny can that was in the room and some bits of dog food and fur that was left in a tiny pile and leaving behind some odds and ends that housekeeping couldve cleaned up after all they are housekeeping which havent came to knock or see if we needed anything or needed our linen changed. And to mention how dirty and disgusting the room floor was when we got into our room the rag was black! We have a procedure we do to keep our little fur babies safe from catching parvo plus a service dog. We will now on take pictures of how we leave our rooms at any hotel! And how can I forget they told one of the employees to come outside and let us know they didnt want us on their property when we were waiting for an Uber or they were gonna call the cops! Definitely deformated my character and felt discriminated against. If you hate your job go get something else youd rather enjoy smh.

Rooms: I left my room spotless when I left. I even take my own mop when I go to a motel i mop it with water when I arrive..I also mop it with water when I leave. Motel floors are just gross in general. Bathtub was dirty AND THE TUB LEAKED LOTS OF WATER FOR TWO NIGHTS IT KEPT US AWAKE. I COMPLAINED ABOUT THE.LEAK BUT THEY SAID THEY WERE IN THE PROCESS OF RENOVATING. . It seemed my sheets werent clean either. Do NOT RENT HERE. LOTS OF RIFT RAFT WALKING THE PLACE AT NIGHT. THERE IS DOG CRAP ALL OVER THE GROUNDS OF THIS HOTEL. But after I called and told them we were checking out and the room was clean, my husband later checked his bank account and $200 was missing from his account that the red roof in took out. My husband called and they said he got charged for the floor being stained and sheets being stained. This is NOT TRUE. ALSO AS FOR THE PILLOW ITS LIKE SLEEPING ON JUST A PILLOW CASE. TILE WAS FALLING OFF THE WALL IN THE BATHROOM AND HAD BEEN REGLUED OVER AND OVER. . THE TV IS SO SMALL U CANT EVEN LAY ON YOUR PILLOW CASE AND SEE THE TV PLEASE BEWARE BEFORE YOU GO HERE.
Noteworthy details: Bath tub leaked all day and night kept us awake for two night's. I even told the staff about it. Pieces of the bathroom tile kept falling off the wall near the tub.
