      image loved the place. clean, comfy beds, loved the bar/restaurant, beautiful classical guitar was being played on Sunday morning while eating our breakfast and having delicious lattes and espressos. It made the ombiance great! it was already good!! The pool and courtyard were great too. Nice job whoever did the remodeling and decorating at this old motel 6. I'd return any day!!

      image I loved the coffee and breakfast! Customer Service was exceptional. I was well received over the phone with clear directions for my accommodation. One happy surprise was the beautiful running / biking trail two blocks over. My favorite part, however, ended up being right at checkout.
      My only issue was simply in the facility. At some fault of my own I had not anticipated the motel style setup. My bathroom didnt smell the best either but I did not complain.

      image Buyer beware. I purchased direct from the hotels site, fully paid in advance. My receipt says I am fully paid. However on arrival I was charged an additional $99 for incidentals. I might expect such tactics for a resort in Mexico which can pretend to justify the charge to cover a beach and entertainment, but for a motel by the freeway in Tucson its excessive and unethical.

      Steve,We are sorry to hear you did not have a fully exceptional visit. In Tucson, it is very common for Hotels to authorize an incidental fee. It is just an authorization and does go back to the guest upon checkout. It is just a security measure, and we do this for all guests checking into our property.
